My daughter's car was picked up at the time we arranged on a weekend (easy for me). The driver was courteous and knowledgeable of the area her car was going to. While it did arrive later than expected, my daughter was informed of the delay in advance. Her car arrived as expected with no negative issues. I would definitely use Auto Ship Transport again and recommend them.
