We understand the frustration of a client waiting for there vehicle..
The problem , here was we asked the client if the vehicle was returning to the USA in his name.. then to find out it was in someone elses name.. We process the cross border moves as quickly as possible... When vehicles return to the USA , customs can hold things up.. and this is exactly what happened.
Had the right information been provided it wouldn't have taken so long.
It was not a 10 week delivery..
We move between 500 to 1000 vehicles per year,, and understand clients who are frustrated, we do our best to sort it out and provide top service.
We always give our clients the opportunity to contact our past or current clients for references.
All you have to do is ask and we will provide you with a list of clients, that you can call or email.
