1. I chose the cheapest quote - first mistake
2. They said car could be collected next day - later they said if couldn't
3. They said car would be picked in 2 days - did not contact me and later pushed it back a day
4. They said car would be picked up next day between 8am and 10am and I'd hear 1 hour before from driver. It's 12.50pm and I've heard nothing
5. Most of the phone numbers on their site are no longer in service.
6. The only thing they did promptly was take my money (BEFORE I signed the contract)
7. Need I say more..
8. Now looking to one of the other quotes.
9. Will never use this company again
