HORRIBLE SERVICE

I was promised to have my vehicle moved as soon as possible but the initial driver i was set up with required money from me before the vehicle was delivered and he was not going to deliver the vehicle within the window I was promised (it was going to arrive too early and i was not at the drop off location as of yet) so I had to cancel the initial driver, the second driver I was assigned required more money which I was fine with until I had to call the driver to ask him where he was at instead of him contacting me. Come to find out that his truck had broken down and he was not sure when he will be able to pick up my vehicle. I called Auto guard transport to request another driver or to get my deposit back and was told that if i cancel I forfeit my deposit even though they provided me with less than adequate service and my vehicle is still sitting in my drive way in illinois and I am now stuck in DC with no vehicle and still waiting on some one to contact me in regards to moving my vehicle. This company has good customer service when they are trying to book you for a vehicle transport and take your deposit but afterwards they become a major headache and rude as hell on the phone. Now I am out 175$ deposit still trying to find a way to move my vehicle. Auto Guard told me they have nothing to do with those who transport the vehicles they dispatch yet they collect money on behalf of these companies with no service rendered. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SHAM AND NOT WORTH HALF THE PROBLEMS THEY PUT YOU THROUGH.

This person is leaving out a few facts. First of all, it is not the customer writing this review, it is her mother. Secondly, we assigned them a carrier for the date they requested. They decided at the last minute to change their pickup time after the carrier was assigned. We secured another carrier for the new requested pickup date who had a mechanical issue which delayed him two days. The customer was fine with this. The customer then requested a very specific time for the pickup and we explained to her that she needs to discuss that with the driver. The customer's mother then started yelling, cursing and threatening us. At NO time was the price changed or additional funds requested by us. If a carrier requested more money, the customer has not advised us of this. This vehicle was delivered by the carrier we assigned who had mechanical troubles. The customer was not out any money as we fulfilled our end and delivered her vehicle. After speaking with both drivers, neither requested money upfront or additional funds. This customer is altering the truth as she said she would on the phone in an effort to make us look bad.
