This company is NOT reputable and will only take your initial reservation money and not provide the service as agreed upon by their Sales Representatives. The company uses automatic payment services for supposed reservation fees. IF I PAY A RESERVATION FEE I AM GUARANTEEING A TIME AND DATE FOR PICKUP. A reservation is for a time and date, but when they do not meet that time or date they refer to the contract stating they have a week to honor the contract. If canceled they claim you lose your reservation fee. This is a bait and scam company that will not communicate or provider customer service. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! They are not BBB accredited and have an F score. The Business is located in an apartment building. I will continue to warn others on every review I can for the $200 I lost to this non-reputable company!
