Sent emails and called this outfit. Granted it was over Memorial Day weekend. Thought I would leave the basic information. Finally got quote, but he wasn't in office, but wanted me to print and sign the attached contract. Contract was ill prepared, not filled in correctly ( i.e blank blocks, wrong last name, and showed Hawaii as destination when I wanted it shipped to Colorado. I sent an email stating to please call when he came in the office (didn't specify Mon 31 May or Tue 1 Jun) as I still had questions. As of Wednesday night 2 Jun 2010, I still had not heard from him. I sent him an email cancelling his services (I paid no deposit). I laid it on the line about the contract, wrong info etc. Boy did he respond in a hurry that time. He kind of called me a liar. I told him his contract speaks for itself. Then wham, another email from him saying yea he made an error, but he guess that I never made any. I won't keep rambling, you get the drift. My advice, Don't use this company.
