Day before shipment and still no contract! Awful!

I spoke with Mark over a 3 week period to get our car ready for shipment from Alaska to VT. All I ever heard was, "Don't worry, it's all taken care of" but never received ANY email confirmation, contract, price, ANYTHING in writing except for the original quote which he then added $400 to because he didn't "realize" I couldn't simply drive my car from Fairbanks to Anchorage to the port. Fairbanks and Anchorage are 7 hours apart! Today, the day before we were supposed to ship it out, and one week after I started demanding a contract via email, we had the easiest 30 minute turnaround with another company, contract signed, confident, clear, and honest. I would NEVER recommend this company. It was all talk and no show. When someone is moving out of state in a couple of days a company should do their best to keep something like shipping a car stress-free and simple. Not this company! Beware of incompetence and smooth-talking.
