Charged twice for downpayment

I was charged twice for the downpayment amount then couldn't reach the company for an explaination. Ended up calling Amex and disputing the charge. Amex cleared charge saying they couldnt reach the company either. My original quote was nearly half of the high amount I ended up paying because I needed the vehicle picked up within a few days. Then they were unable to even provide a closed transport but I needed the car so I paid and agreed to use open. Craig assured me that the quote was high because the truck specialized in high end cars and no matter who I called it would all be the same. The truck showed up with normal cars and the driver rubbed my front spoiler on my 2010 corvette. Craig pushed and pushed for a positive review but missed the mark.
