no refund

We gave Auto Central a $200.00 deposit to transport our car from Texas to California within a specific time frame. They could not find a carrier to transport the car in the time frame specified. So, we had to cancel the agreement and get in the car and drive asap to make it to California on time. Auto Central said that they were refunding our $200.00 that day. Two weeks later we contacted them again to refund our deposit. They sent an official receipt that they'd made the request for a refund. It was never credited to our account. We made repeated attempts to contact them through phone calls and emails, no response.

We have now filed a letter of complaint with the BBB in Pompano Beach, where they are located. Since we are military and transport cars across country as do our friends, we want to warn folks to avoid this Company.

The refund of $200 was given to the customer Transaction ID: 3242511377 Transaction Status: Refund I am not sure why the person that they spoke to said it will be refunded to them that day, because refunds can take up to 10 days. Everything has to be reviewed first, and then it takes the merchant company to process the refund 48 hours. We are sorry we were unable to help Ms. Sizemore with their car transport. The customers deposit was fully refunded.
