I had just recently moved from new york to california. At first, I had hired a company to transport my car out to the west coast. This company A Blu Knight was a complete scam and never had any intention of delivering my vehicle. After being in California for 4 weeks with no car, I had to start from scratch again. (starting the vehicle transport process). I was referred to Auto Central Direct by a friend who was very pleased by thier service. C.J. was the first representive I had spoken to. He was very understanding of my situation and eductated me on the whole buisness of transporting cars. I immediately felt at ease. This company is friendly, honest and efficient. The whole process from start to finish was less than a week.The price was fair. Jordan and Lucas in the dispatching deptartment were great. No damage No hidden fees and No b.s.. This company was great!I recomend them to anyone who needs their vehicle shipped anywhere. What else can I say? I am very pleased.
