Horrible service from All USA Moving Services. First of all, the company quoted us at $775.00 and guarantee that the vehicle would be picked up promptly. They also stated that the driver's information would be given to us. On the day of pick up nothing happen. No information, no pick-up, no call, nothing; and when we finally got a hold of the representative. She stated that the driver was requesting $175.00 dollars more and a later pick-up date more than likely. What the hec! I couldn't believe it. After, they missed their pick-up date, and did not called us to let us know; they also wanted to raise the price $175.00 dollars more. I don't think so. No way, this is America my friend! We pick and choose. I requested a refund back, which I can only hope that it is refunded in a timely manner. Otherwise, I will not hesistate to get a third party involve in this mess. Now, I hired All State Carriers, and they are a world of difference.

Also, BE AWARE! This company is working under two different names for whatever reason. They work under "All USA Moving Services," and "Auto Cars Transport," but it's the same company. The hyperlink to their licensing under "All USA Moving Services" is broken. Go figured. Anyway, be careful in doing business with these guys. I wouldn't.

I am writing this response to clear our good name. This company is above reproach and we are considering a lawsuit for defamation of our character. It is not good when customers do not read the contract that they have signed. We were told that we were NOT to pick up the vehicle before 3/25. Thus, I set their first available pickup date to be 3/25. Per the contract - we have 4 days to pick up the vehicle. On the 26th, Mr. Flores contacted us stating that it must be picked up immediately. We informed him that we still have 2 more days for the driver to pick up the vehicle; and the only way we can guarantee a 24 hour pick up is to add an additional $175 to $200 for the driver. That fee was for 24 hour guaranteed pick up – NOT any additional money for the job. We were willing to pick up the vehicle in the 4 days allotted and the driver WOULD HAVE called to set up the pickup time for the original fee of $775. He (Mr. Flores – speaking on behalf of Carla Ccohoa) did not wish to do so and he also did not wish to wait the additional 2 days that the contract stipulates we have to complete the job. Read the contract people – before you sign. MOST companies give themselves 2 weeks to pick up the car before they return the deposit. In this case Ms. Carla Ccohoa is not entitled to any kind of a refund since they did not allow us to fulfill our duties in the time allotted to us. Yes! Mr. Flores and Ms. Ccohoa! This IS America!!
