I am a stickler for research when I purchase an item or for services rendered. It was amazing how many "sweet talking ", slick handlers were out there. My profession is art restoration and I have very good resources that may seem unrelated to truck shipping, but actually are very appropriate. This company was efficient, business like and mannerly in their demeanor throughout the process. Their price was not the lowest nor the highest, but their reviews were the most consistent throughout a number of auto transport review sites. A consumer should read a portion of the reviews, positive or negative, to get a grasp of why there is a complaint and how it was handled as well as what made the move positive and smooth. It is important to have a company who has made sure the carrier is properly licensed, bonded and insured. It is a vast sea of conflicting and confusing info out there, but do a little homework and save yourself a lot of aggravation. I would highly recommend this company for their competence and service.
