We had contracted with Stateway to transport our vehicle from NYC to Chicago and they did not fulfill the promises made, so we contacted Joe at Assurance and told him our situation. Within days, Joe had found a truck for us and he kept us well informed during the whole process. He returned phone calls promptly, he was honest about the costs and the hurdles that needed to be surmounted with our job, and he made it happen! Even the subcontractors he used (truck owner and truck driver) were exceptional and kept us informed. Don't bother with any other transport company, just use Assurance and you're in great hands with Joe!
