Shawn negotiated the price once he had provided a quote because he thought the pick up point was Washington DC rather than Washington state. It was more expensive but he adjusted the pricing up within acceptable limits.
He promptly returned calls and gave updates through the process. He provided contracts and insurance for review. The deposit was just below half of the total amount.
The car arrived when expected without any incidents.
