First off I want to say that my actual transporter, Dixon transport, was great. When he got to my house to pick up my truck he ended up charging me $150 more because there were boxes of clothes and a tv in the car which made it heavier. I understood and paid him, but in my personal opinion I think aryan transport should have told him to expect boxes and stuff in the truck so he wasn't so surprised. I mean I did pay aryan transport $395 to find a transporter for exactly what I described which was a truck full of boxes and a tv. Anyway, Dixon's truck broke down so I ended up having to drive to Hemet, CA instead of Fallbrook to pick up my truck but he took $100 off the price. When I got my truck Mr. Dixon was very nice and professional. The whole trip he did everything to keep me updated and help me out. I will just go straight to Dixon next time instead of paying extra for a broker. Thank you.

When the customer called our company she was given quote over the phone and she agreed to shipping charges. After booking her 2002 dodge ram 1500. She also mentioned that if we could allow some home items to be shipped in her pickup truck. I specifically told her over the phone and it's also in our Shipping Agreement as well so there is no surprises. We told her that Auto Transporters are not allowed by DOT to be hauling Household Goods there is allowance of up to 50-LBS. What the customer was trying to ship inside the pickup truck was her entire household items. Such as 51" Flat Screen TV, Dresser, Several Boxes of clothes and other household goods. I also told her that if the driver is nice enough and he is willing to take his chance by taking your stuff than that's up to him but we Don't allow any more than Legally recommended which is 50-LBS. She said okay no problem, when the driver showed up he called us and was very much surprised to see the Pickup bed was completely full and strapped down. Inside the cab was full to where the driver seat was also occupied very little room for him to get into the driver seat. He also mentioned that truck was full of stuff and could be between 500-700 LBS of stuff which is breaking the law completely. Not to mention the customer was explained and told not to load the truck with household goods she still went ahead with it. One thing piss me off is when you have a Lunatic Customer who is completely at false and yet still leaves you Non Sense review. After all she signed an agreement which we have in our file I would be willing to post it online if I have to. Again this customer is out her mind and has no understanding of how the Auto Transport Industry works, we did everything to help her out, so if the driver charged $150 was in my opinion was very low amount. By the way the customer saved money by not renting U-Haul Truck which we ended up hauling her household goods to help her out. Thank you for your very nice and kind review.
