My name is Brenda Lakin I live in California. My son is in the ARMY serving his country in Iraq. I needed to get his car from Saylorsburg PA to Lanexa VA. I did this on 11-09-2009. I have a copy of the contract if any would like proof. Today is 11-30-2009. Not only did Around The World Transport Lie to me on several occasions their office manager Julie was very rude to me. They were paid in full via credit card on Nov. 9th, 2009 No one from the office kept open and honest communication with me. I had to call them constantly, and when I did they gave empty promises and never came through. I am now trying to get my money back as I went with another transport company. If you are in the military or moving across state USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! They never answer their phone and they advertise false ads. I also have a copy of my phone bill and cell phone bill on all the calls I made to this company if any one needs proof. I am the customer and they treated me with disrespect and because they were not able to correctly do their job treated me as though it was my fault they could not get this car moved. I am a nurse and deal with the public everyday most of the people I see are very sick and have a reason to be rude and grouchy what is Around The Globe Transports Excuse for the office staff that I had to deal with?? I personally will not use this company again and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau FL These facts are true and correct. Please stop telling your customers " That even though the office is closed or not open you will stay or go in on your day off and work extra just to find a driver to transport their car". When in fact you do not. Thank you.
