After different numbers being negotiated with the actual truck driver verses what around the globe quoted me they finally reimbursed me the difference after I raised heck with them for taking advantage of an active duty soldier trying to move across country....BLUF: nothing that they say up front has to be honored and all deals can be renegotiated at any time. These companies are merely middle men trying to get a cut for "organizing the move of your vehicle with a person who actually owns the truck". So they take a $200 cut because they have access to lists of drivers hauling vehicles and their schedules. Did my vehicle arrive safely...Yes but through a lot of stress and phone calls to both the company and the truck driver.
