Hi Jacob, we apologize for the inconvenience. We were not able to find you a driver in time. We went ahead and gave you a full refund. Our services are affected by many factors on the drivers end and sometimes it hinders our ability to be perfect with the timing. We truly apologize for your difficult experience. If you would like feel free to call customer service to see if we can get this worked out for you. Again we went ahead and issued a full refund.
