The Company appears to make money by holding onto $50 'administrative fee' , even if they cannot deliver the service. Poor customer service and abrasive attitude when contacted on non delivery of service charges.

My experience seems to mirror Kelly Opfar's on 8/7/04.

In all fairness, it was the best quote received and all were very cooperative in the beginning. (One star for that). The problem started when they couldn't locate a driver. They agreed to my suggestion of making alternative arrangements if they couldn't locate a driver the next day. As they couldn't, I made arrangements with DAS (despite Dina's cautions, they did an excellent job). They found a driver the next week, but the car had already been picked up by DAS.

When I asked for a refund, they advised there will be a $50 'administrative fee'. I felt this was payment for their own inadequacy to deliver and requested this be returned.

I was referred to Dina (the owner) who did not call back. When I finally did manage to get her on the phone I was surprised at the abrasive attitude. (True colors?). My main issue is with the principle of the payment for services not rendered. In a service industry, such behavior will certainly take it's toll at some point.

Zubair, The attitude you received on the phone was quite nice compared to what a man like yourself must receive on a daily basis. You signed a contract with us that clearly stated we charge a $50.00 administration fee if you cancel your order when a driver has been located. Your paranoia of things you have read made you cancel after only 7 days, when in fact we had a carrier that same day. We are so happy you had a great experience with DAS. I am not sure why you feel you can sign a contract, then try to get out of it and get angry with us. You called our office daily for 3 weeks to receive back $50.00 that you were not eligible for. We do not work for free here, and we definitely earned the $50.00 by accepting all 27 of your annoying phone calls.
