I had an excellent experience working with Angels Moving Autos, moving two Audis from CA to NC. Dina at Angels was helpful in answering my questions, assuring me that Angels only uses reputable carriers and that they complete due diligence on each one. Since I was moving the autos as part of a relocation, my pickup and delivery windows were not entirely flexible, and this was no problem for Angels.
The carrier with whom we initially scheduled could not make the pickup before I left CA, so Angels called me, explained the situation, apologized for the unforeseen complication, and told me how they were going to reschedule my transport with another of their carriers in order to meet my timing restrictions. Perfect! Thank you!
The driver came as scheduled, Angels updated me throughout the transport, and the cars were delivered in the same condition as they received them, the evening before the expected delivery date.
Everyone I worked with- Dina, Melissa and Megan at Angels and the driver Andy were up front, honest, hard working people doing their best to get my cars from A to B, drama free. I am completely satisfied with the service I received, and am happy to say that I would do business with Angels again.
