bad customer service, quote, and poor communication

I booked a transport from georgia to new mexico with angels after finding them on this review site with good ratings and reasonable pricing. Although they were friendly they were not able to keep in contact with me even when promised. Multiple times over the course of a week and a half they advised they would get back by the end of the day and I never received a phone call from them. After a week and a half of waiting Stephanie went to her manager who stated that they had under quoted me and that to get the vehicle to move they would have to increase my quote by $300. I told them that that was not acceptable and that that information should have been figured out long before the week and a half mark. I would not recommend them.
