This was the first time I had contracted for transport of a car. I am mostly happy with the customer service provided by Angels but was not so pleased with Gran Tourismo, the carrier. I feel Angels could have done a better job of informing me of the process. Because my car was picked up in the rain, even though it was clean, the driver would not acknowledge paint condition, only obvious body damage. If I would have known thisI would have planned for the car to be inspected inside a dry garage. The driver dropped off my car early - on the weekend - so nobody was present to inspect the car upon arrival. It arrived with paint damage from a leak of some kind. Because the paint condition was not verified prior, I had no recourse. I don't feel any of the difficulties I encountered were due to Angels so I have no problem recommending them.
