Everything went very smoothly. The pickup and dropoff were easily arranged and made mutually convenient. Communication was excellent and prompt. Main hint: Listen carefully to Dina's instructions and follow them closely. Read all your documents closely and know what you're signing. Ask if you don't understand something. I took plenty of before pictures both before and during loading and never had to use them as the car arrived in perfect condition. It's been a few months, so I can't remember what the exact bill amount was, but it was competitive and in line with other estimates and they didn't flood my e-mail inbox or my answering machine with robo messages for weeks and weeks like some other companies did.
