In response to the service I was provided, I had both my van and truck delivered by the same driver provided by Angels Moving Company from Long Beach, Ca. to Derby, NY. Both times the driver was on time and very courteous. The second time, however, was a little different.

Horizon needed my truck picked up a couple days ahead of schedule because it arrived earlier than anticipated. Once Angels figured that out and contacted the driver, the driver picked up my truck with my consent and kept it at his home for one night till he was able to load it on his truck, which was full at the time. He did call me first and explained why and what he could do for me in order to avoid storage fees on my behalf. That was very thoughtful of him and at no additional cost to me.

The other incident was, he was a little behind schedule to deliver to my location and called to let me know. I was ok with that earlier in the day, during the day I was taking care of my nephew and he had gotten ill with the stomach flu. He is 4yrs old and was at the point where he was unable to keep anything down for any period of time and I needed to take him to the emergency room. I was waiting for the call from the driver to deliver.

By late evening I couldn't wait any longer and called the driver, explained the situation and that I had a family emergency and requested he wait till Saturday morning instead of Friday night to deliver so I can make sure I'm home and my nephew is well. The driver was understanding and concerned at the same time. He agreed to meet me in the morning at a designated area.

There was a slight misunderstanding in the delivery fee. My understanding was $950.00 upon delivery and his was $1050.00. Because of his courteousness and understanding he once again allowed me to pay him $1000.00 upon delivery. Both my vehicles were in good shape, minimal mileage added to my vehicles and aside from them being dirty and just needing a car wash I was happy with it.

I would recommend this driver along with Angels Moving Company to any and all who need they're vehicle transported from one location to another. Angels answered all my questions and got back to me whenever I needed anything, on target and on time and gave me 100% customer service. I am extremely pleased to have both my vehicles here in New York with me.
