First: Angel's gets credit for meeting their obligation, but it required extra effort and pressure on my part. Because they're a broker, they can't always predict the behavoir of the carrier. My carrier left town without my car, even though we had communicated directly about when the car would be available and the carrier had my cell phone number to reach me before leaving. Disputes like this always have 2 sides and they aren't worth the time to argue. Angel's position is to never refund the deposit. Their choices were either (1) lose the deposit or (2) wait for as long as it would take to move the car at the agreed price. I determined (3) to ask my credit card company to retrieve my deposit; Angel's responded within 24 hours contracting Road Hog out of Alabama, who turned out to be a great!! carrier. This was not all Angel's fault because they couldn't predict the first carrier's unprofessional behavoir. Again, Angel's did come through. But having to wage the dispute was a little frustrating and impacts my view of their customerr service. If you determine to use Angel's, understand the difference between a broker and a carrrier; you'll help yourself and Angel's. Be sure you keep precise control of the situation as it plays out. After the initial difficulty, I did appreciate Angel's redoubled effort to resolve my transport. Thank you, Angel's.
