The seller of the vehicle (Tennessee) mentioned to me that he was quite annoyed with the "Pick up" dates/times being changed as many as 5 times for one day. Then the vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on a saturday (he was assured that they were definietly going to be there) and then the vehicle wasn't picked up until sunday.
When the vehicle arrived in Great Falls, the truck driver proceeded to rub the car with his hands to show me a 'dent' that was in the back fender. This car is a collector car, it was dirty from being transported and has a very expensive paint job. Please inform your drivers that it is a big NO-NO to rub dirt off of the paint job with your bare hands. Rubbing dirt with your bare hands just makes scratches in the paint!
Even when your dispatch person informed me that the car would be in Montana "either wed or thurs", your company needs to be more specific than that. I live 3 hours away, I need to take time off from work in order to plan ahead to get to the holding yard and get the vehicle. When I informed them of this dilemma, they were accommodating.
Organization and scheduling were the biggest issues we ran into with your company.
Your price was good, BUT based on the sellers comments/experience to us and my experience, I would probably not use your company again or recommend you to my friends.
