Quite happy with Angels!

I needed to ship BMW X5 form SD to NY. Sent quote requests to 10-12 top-of-the-list brokers (advertized on transportreviews). Quote range was $950-1450, two companies undercut Angels. Called to all 3 low-bidders.
First two said that SD in not very popular place to ship cars from, so I should expect 10-14 days of wait time before
my vehicle is picked. Both brokers asked for $150-$200 deposit which they would refund only if my car is still in SD after 14 days of search... Called Angels... Totally different story - Brittney offered to call drivers and notify me if somebody is willing to ship my call. I didn't pay a penny at this point. Brittney called me back the next day and said that my car can be picked the same day or the day after, and I would pay the same quoted amount - $1045. She conferenced me in with the driver, we discussed all the details. The car has been loaded on the track the same evening and left for NY.
I had driver's cell phone + his dispatcher's.
The delivery was a bit late - 2 days may be (Saturday instead of Thursday), but I wouldn't consider it a big deal. First of, Saturday was more convenient for me anyway, 9 days is quite fast, plus I don't think driver knows in advance about all the cars he will need to pickup/unload along the way.
In any case, I was in contact with driver, Angels called me every evening between Thur and Sat to let me know the stutus and offer help if any, so I wasn't worried a bit.
Needless to say, the car came in "as loaded" condition. I liked the driver quite a bit - poor guy had to navigate Brooklyn in his huge track. Didn't say a word of compaint....

Overall, I'm very pleased, would use Angels again and recommend them to everyone.
