The staff at Angels were very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated that.

The driver from JAW Auto was also very nice. Their office staff was somewhat less than helpful. I would have appreciated a bit more communication from them. For instance, I had to call them to find out that my car was going to be a week late. I expect people to be proactive and let me know when they will not be arriving on schedule.

Generally, it was a pretty helpful service and I'd probably recommend it. Although, I would tell people not to expect the car to be there 'on time'. It seems like there is always a reason for delays.
