Carrier issues, but overall okay.

To review Angels Moving Autos is tough for me, as they were not the ones physically transporting my car but arranging the car to be shipped by another company. The entire time I dealt with Angels Moving Autos was superb. Whenever I called, and whomever I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. I first called for a rough estimated as this was the first time I was considering buying a car that would need to be shipped home. After agreeing to buy the car I called Angels again and within minutes the agreement was made with estimated pick up times.

This is where it gets a little more tricky. The company that was to pick up the car could not make it on the first day, but were suppose to the following day, however it would of been too late in the day. The guy I purchased the car from found out the company was basically on his way to where he was going and offered to drive the car there and drop it off to them. They agreed, but were not around. Therefore the guy drove the car the full distance and left the car at his parents place.

The shipping company eventually made it to the new location and picked the car up. Everything seemed great ... but then I got a call there was an accident with the truck but my car was okay (luckily!). The car was then taken back to CA from AZ, and would be picked up by another shipping company and delivered to me.

The new truck left a day later than originally said, but the car did make it here and on time and undamaged; although it was dirty but that is to be expected.

So overall, Angels Moving Autos was GREAT, and I would use them again. Face it, crap happens ... and not everything goes perfect. I ended up waiting a little longer to have the vehicle arrive but it did make it here. Hopefully next time or in the future things such as an accident don't happen, but that is a chance you take all the time.

I could of flew out and drove the car home, and been in an accident... it can always be worse.
