My bad experience

I can report that my car was finally delivered this morning, May 25th. It was first promised to be delivered on May 20th, then May 21st, then May 22nd, then May 24th. I understand that Angels Moving Autos places the blame for this unsatisfactory course of events at the feet of the transport driver. Regardless, in my view the service provided by Angels Moving Autos was appallingly bad. In addition to the problems with delivery, the owner of the company actually screamed at me on the phone as though somehow the inability of the company to deliver the service it promised was my fault, and then hung up on me after telling me never to call their office again. This occurred before my vehicle was delivered. I don't know that I have ever been treated so rudely or without the slightest concern for customer satisfaction by any commercial enterprise. Despite the fact that the company's representative later tried to smooth things over by again seeking to blame the driver and thereby absolve itself of any fault, I would never use the services of this company again. It is my pleasure to respond to this review. This is one of those orders that we knew right away we wished we would have never placed. Mr. Kellman was yelled at by me, because, Mr. Kellman is an individual who does not listen, he speaks and demands. He demanded things from our office from day one that were not possible and he expected staff members to just allow him to tell us how to ship his car. What Mr. Kellman didn't say was that he wanted his non-running car to be picked up at the cheapest price possible, about $200.00 less than all other quotes he received. I explained to him right away, you will get what you pay for. Mr. Kellman was rude, disrespectful and demanding, calling our office 2-3 times a day, every day. He would not listen to us, but would demand to be listened to. I finally raised my voice at him yesterday and told him I was no longer going to allow him to yell at my employees. We did 3 way calls with him, and the carrier several times to give him updates. The carrier tried to deliver his cars 4 days before it was actually delivered, but the delivery location closed for the whole weekend, therefore the driver made other deliveries and came back on Monday. Simply, Donald Kellman was a complete pain in the ass, he obviously runs his life running over people.
