Office staff was courteous and professional. However, pick up day/ time and delivery date were later than discussed. Pick up vehicle arrived just before midnight and was too large to turn around so my husband had to help back it down the street 1/4 mile in the dark (road accessibility was never discussed during any phone conversations). Car arrived in perfect condition to the exact location promised. Price was similar to other quotes.
