Initial contact with Angels Moving Autos was professional and informative. Though I talked with two different people on the first call and asked extensive questions, there were never any signs of impatience.

The entire fee process was fully disclosed and I was given two methods of payment. There was no charge until Angels could contract with a transport company just as they promised. I was even advised that it was in my best interest to ship earlier then I planned due to the pending moving season rate increase which was likely to cost me at least $100 more.

Shipment was arranged within a day and the pickup was scheduled to follow shortly after that. The driver was very professional. Though there was a one day delay in the pickup, the driver kept me updated on his status and was willing to work around my schedule. Angels called me the afternoon it shipped to verify that everything was taken care of and to let me know they would contact the receiver once delivery date was confirmed.

Overall a great experience for my first time shipping a car. Six days cross-country transit time seemed very reasonable and I was told that my baby Smart car made it safe and sound to CA by our friend who accepted delivery for us!
