Had horrible experience with a scam company I found on the Internet and then waited two weeks for a pickup with a reputable major carrier based back east. After two weeks of waiting I found Angels on this site as well as the yellow pages. I called, told them my whole story, and they were honest that Northern California is a hard place to ship from as far as wait times are concerned. Never bashed the reputable carrier I had been waiting for. However, while on hold, a rep named Emily I believe, made some calls and found a carrier coming through my area the very next day! She was honest and told me it would save money if I drove 2 1/2 hours to Sacramento for the pickup. The carrier was P.A.S.S. Trucking. The driver/owner called that night and gave me an estimate on when to meet in Sacramento. After talking to the driver, I found out he had to pass through my town on the way to Sacramento. He gladly agreed to stop in my town and pick up my vehicle, saving me the 2 1/2 drive to save some money. He never once asked for more money for the extra miles and constantly kept in touch where he was at. After picking up my vehicle Angels and P.A.S.S. trucking called my daughter in Oklahoma and kept her up to date on the delivery. Driver was right on time and Angels again followed-up after the delivery. Excellent customer service and would not hesitate to use again.
