Ms. Brittney was just what the company's name is, an Angel. She was always concerned about not only pleasing the direct customer (the recipient who paid for the transport), but also me the indirect customer. A company is only as good as the employees that it has working for them. A good employee makes a lasting impression on how the customer perceives the company that he/she is representing. Thank you so much Brittney for your professionalism and your kind heart. It was a pleasure speaking with you each time you called concerning the status of our transactions.
