Angels of what?

I picked Angels based on reviews posted here. But now I wonder who paid them to post! What a nightmare to work with them. Dina Gifford misquoted me deadlines, shipping times and when I pushed to get clear information - she became very abrasive. We had some confusion about the shipping arrangements once the car got to CA to get to HI, and when I was trying to straighten that out since my car was in transport, all of the sudden, Dina was unavailable for days. When the driver showed up in CA, he couldn't reach her either and was calling me from the highway wanting to know where to take my car. Fortunately, I happened to be home and made some urgent calls to friends and family in that area and we found someone who could receive the car. The driver also tried to claim he wasn't paid. Arrangements were for cash, so my friend in NE was swart enough to ask for a receipt. Otherwise, it would have been double payment for his services. When I finally reached Dina, she became verbally abusive on the phone - using explatives and calling me names. I asked for a refund of their booking fees since she didn't follow through on her part and left my car in danger. So far, this issue is not resolved, and her approach to customer service is to swear and call her customers names. Like I said, Angels of what?

Susanna I find your review quite entertaining, the driver and I have both discussed it and figured your anger caused you to write such outlandish lies. We did ship your car to the port, however, you were unable to pay the $1100.00 port fees until later in the month. My company gets all the abuse, when you were the one who was unable to come up with the necessary funds for dropping off the car. As far as becoming verbally abusive, Susanna, you were the irate screaming one threatening that you would not rest until you shut my company down. You were a nightmare from day one.
