WARNING: We used Angel transport to contract a move for a Porsche we bought in CA to be moved to KS. The car was is in perfect condition. The trucker they enlisted (Jordan Transport), damaged the car for the amount of $2,300. Jordan refused to pay for the repairs even after the trucker admitted to the damages and signed the bill of lading with the damages noted. We contacted Angel the next day and they called and harassed Jordan which resulted in Jordan not answering their phone calls nor ours. Dina from Angels then told us that they would file the claim under their own insurance but this would take a while. Each time we asked about the claim, they said that they were waiting to hear. After a couple of weeks, when we called in, they would tell us everyone was on the phone and they would call back. They did not return the calls, but sent an email saying that their insurance couldn't process the claim since they couldn't get Jordan Transport on the phone and that we were just out of luck.

They do not offer you ANY protection if something goes wrong in the move. They would not consider refunding their fee of $275 to help with the costs. This company will not stand by their customers. I would Never use a broker again, a huge waste of money.
