be sure to "crank up your volume, you will hear the
engine revving, thus burning my clutch, and view the
car fall of the wooden planks and impact the ground.
FACTS
-Angels Moving Autos issues you a contract but then
does not honor it.
-Angels Moving Autos "CONTRACTS OUT" shippers, RAM
TRANSPORT, to ship your vehicle that will result in
expenses you must pay out of your pocket.
-Angels Moving Autos has a very "UNPROFESSIONAL owner"
(DINA) who will initially state that she will
intervene if damages aren't paid for. Two weeks
later, for an unknown reason, will then proceed to
yell, 'F!#%$ YOU! I HOPE YOU GET RAN OVER BY A CAR
TODAY."
-Will bill you hidden costs.
-Will avoid your phone calls and emails, and not
accept responsibility for any wrongful damages created
and/or initiated by Angels Autos.
PRICE OF TRANSPORT
-Originally was quoted $625.00
-Issued and signed contract for $625.00
-Prices will change without your consent or
notification.
-Final charge upon delivery was $675.00 (in order to
have possession of vehicle)
Damage/Claim process-
-Damage done to vehicle was excessive, Angels Moving
Autos refuses to speak on a professional manner to
customer, will curse at you with vulgar language.
-Received an email from Dina notifying me that Bill,
owner of RAM Transport, accepts responsibility after
seeing the video. Two weeks later I inquired about
receiving compensation for damages. I was put on a
3-way call with two very noncompliant people and as
stated above, Dina spoke with vulgar language and
hostility.
Timeline
Original pickup was scheduled for the 17th of October
however my order was never scheduled (order somehow
fell through the cracks-however was billed twice for
the deposit).
RAM TRANSPORT came to home to ship my vehicle approx a
week later with a vehicle not equipped to move my
vehicle. (EX. flatbed pickup towing a flatbed trailer
with short plank ramps - operated by unprofessionals)
During loading of my vehicle, there were excessive
damages created to my vehicle which again can be
viewed at:

BE AWARE: ANGELS MOVING AUTOS title must had
originated its name for the way they leave your car
once they have touched it. It is clear and evident
that if you decide to choose ANGELS AUTO as your
carrier, you will only have a prayer and an angel to
call upon when you see what a ride they will take you,
your money, and your vehicle on. They are < A FRAUD<
AND CLEARLY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- STAY AWAY FAR FAR
AWAY from this preposterous company possessing no
customer service.
My name is Theresa and I was involved with the move of
the car from the Michigan area to Florida, Tiffany is
my sister-in-law (if you watch the video, you can hear
my voice bemoaning the damage to the car). I wanted
to make sure that anyone out there looking to move a
vehicle knows the following:
1. Angel's Moving Autos doesn't actually "move"
anything. The "deposit" that they charge is actually
their fee for contacting a TRUE moving company on your
behalf (that's why you pay the real mover directly
when
you get your vehicle). So be wary about the "reviews"
that make it seem like Angel's were the ones who came
to pick up the car. They're just brokers and from our
experience, once they get their fee, they could
care less about whether or not the movers they
contacted ever come to get your car OR if those
individuals damage it. My advice to anyone out
there is to call a real moving company directly - that
way you can research reviews on THEM. With Angel's
picking your movers, it is truly a HIT or miss
equation and why should you pay them just to make a
phone
call?
2. Take the advice posted directly on this site on the
right-hand side titled "Do they sound too good to be
true? They could be." All of these positive reviews
(if they are to be believed) seem like they came from
people who did not experience a problem - good for
them (again, because everything went smoothly with the
actual, real movers). Even if you decide to use
Angel's - based on the positive reviews LIKE WE DID
-you should hope and pray that you are lucky enough to
get a decent real mover. If you aren't lucky and get
someone who doesn't contact you or damages your car,
then forget about getting any help at all from
Angels. If you will note, all of the NEGATIVE reviews
posted for them have a common theme:
A. Something went wrong with the vehicle move.
B. Client contacted Angels for assistance.
C. Angels either never called client back on problem,
brushed client's concerns away, or was downright rude
and unprofessional with client to convey a basic
message of: We are not interested in having any
contact
with you once we've received our fee.
While I am surprised at this overall attitude, I guess
I shouldn't be shocked since the previous negative
reviewers did spell it out. We are VERY, VERY sorry
now that we didn't lend more weight to the negative
reviews posted about Angels.
3. There was no real sympathy AT ALL from Angels
regarding the damage to the car (without even SEEING
the damage, the Angels lady calls it "minor" - is that
someone who you want to entrust a $15,000+ vehicle
to?!) NOR from the actual movers who did the damage,
and I quote, "It's just plastic". As we all know,
"plastic" gets pretty pricey when you
put it on a car. These statements are more telling
than anything else you will find in this review
section.
Good luck finding, not only a good mover, but if you
do work with a broker, good luck in finding one who
will work with you if/when there is a problem. From
our experience, I certainly CANNOT recommend Angels.
By-the-way, we went ahead with using Angels AFTER the
initial damage
for 2 reasons: 1. They were holding our deposit
hostage; i.e. they already HAD THEIR MONEY - we were
just going to pay the carrier this time AND we
determined that the new carrier, Young's actually had
a real car carrying truck by speaking with them
directly. Young's were great by-the-way. AND 2.
Angels initially said they would help with the problem
with the damages when it first happened. We should
have seen the writing on the wall when after the 2nd
carrier was lined up (but before they had actually
picked the car up), Angels DID NOT RETURN ONE of
Tiffany's numerous phone calls or e-mails to discuss
handling the
payment for the damage. The Angels lady was only
willing to speak to Tiffany after the car was picked
up and delivered, and you know what happened with that
if you read Tiffany's review...
