Very polite and friendly staff. Only issues were with the pickup dates and final cost. I had been quoted a figure of $700 to move the vehicle with a pickup between the 7th and 9th of January. I called them on the 6th when they had not contacted me with a pickup time or carrier and they stated that it was being worked on and they hoped to have the info on the 8th. They contacted me on the 11th with a pickup later in the week with an increased cost to $800 which I agreed to, however when they sent me the contract it was for $850 which I never actually agreed to, but still paid as my vehicle was already enroute (traveling and email don't always mix). Carrier did a great job with my vehicle itself and was able to work out an unusual drop off outside Kansas City with no extra effort.
