This was my first time moving cars not using a Van Lines. After reading all the blogs, I was concerned about the quaility and control of the brokers over their suppliers/drivers. In my case, it was not an issue, at all. Angels customer service did a fantastic job of coordinating, communicating and following through on their commitments. I felt very "cared for" throughout the process. My only beef is that they promised "soft straps" on the wheels and the carrier used chains on the frame (but without damaging the vehicles).
