Angel's did a great job of finding a transporter on relatively short notice. However, this is where there interaction with me stopped. All other correspondence for the transport of my auto was between me and the driver. I had to provide the driver directions to both houses as well as try and schedule the delivery and pick-up times. When having a job that isn't super flexible it is quite difficult to have the driver continually change the day and time of the delivery. My car was delivered quite dirty which was ok, but also with long scuff/scratch marks on the passenger side. Certainly appeared that they were from driving through low hanging tree branches. As my car was delivered after dark due to delays by the driver, these were somewhat difficult to see. The driver slightly argued with me about the scratches but did sign off on them and agree I could submit a "reasonable" bill for them to be buffed out. Again Angels never called me to ask about how things were going, tell me when the car would be delivered etc. I would expect them to have done more to facilitate the process
