Friendly, helpful and courteous. Seemed knowledgeable and had worked with the dealer I was purchasing the car from Were able to schedule an appointment for pickk-up promptly. Called when original carry cancelled and had a back appointment scheduled already & notified me of new carrier and contact Did not provide updates during transit as promised. Driver did call 24 hrs ahead of delivery thankfully
