As a nervous car owner I researched and checked out reviews for all these other companies before deciding to go with Angels Moving Autos. From the first phone call I liked them. The women are very nice and professional to work with.

I had to be out of California and back to VA in a week, and had to coordinate it so that I was back in time to pick up the car. Well, it got off to a bit of a rocky start when the first driver from some company in North Carolina called and told me they weren't going to make the pick up date and told me it was my fault that I was not able to let go of my car earlier, so they might be able to have someone who could pick it up at the end of the week. That was when I was flying out! The driver was abusive and I was apalled.

I called Angels and told them what was going on. They got right on it immediately and within an hour had a new driver who was going to make the deadline date for my car to go out. He came and picked up my car the next day. Oh I forgot to say that the first driver called me the day my car was supposed to be picked up, to tell me that wasn't going to happen and to loudly and rudely explain to me over and over why it wasn't going to happen. I kept trying to get off the line and he got more crazy telling me that I needed to just wait until Friday, the day I was flying out to give them the car.

Oh wait, it gets even better he told me that I could just leave my car sitting somewhere with the keys in it for the next week and they could come pick it up. I thought that was just a brilliant idea!

So what a relief when the next car company driver showed up, very nice and extremely responsible. Only problem was they had trouble speaking and understanding English. But thanks to texting and spelling it was all fine. I felt safe after meeting them, and seeing how ocd they were about checking the car. I knew they took their job seriously and that they were professionals.

They even managed to get my car to me a day earlier. I paid the driver in cash, per his request, he gave me a receipt, I took my car to the volvo dealer to have them do a check up on it and everything was just perfect!

So life is good!
