Everything was very well managed and executed.

On an efficiency improvement issue I would make sure you have a clear understanding of the preferred mode of communication with the customer. I asked specifically to be contacted by my e-mail since I would be out of the country during the days leading up to the delivery and could not be reached by phone. I never got any e-mails while I was away but there were many phone messages when I returned. So there could have been a lot of miscommunications and errors should something have gone awry.
