From the first few moments of talking to Dina, to the final minutes of my lucky daughter receiving her car, our experience couldn't have been better in any way. I was, frankly, nervous about the whole thing. I had never tried to move a vehicle across the country. My daughter is in college in Missoula, Montana, and we live in Michigan, so I knew we had to try. I checked all the online sites, and even asked for online estimates. I read about insurance, I talked with a couple of owners, and I felt even more confused. Then, I was reading a post on a site in which someone asked about moving their vehicle, and a person talked about Angels Moving Autos, and what a great experience it was. I called the next day.
When I talked to Dina (sorry, I am unsure of the spelling) I immediately felt like my vehicle was in the best of hands. I felt at ease and confident. She is the owner of the company, and she really knows what she is talking about, having been in the business for a long time. She gave me a price, got a trucking company on the phone immediately, and arranged a pick-up of my car THE NEXT DAY! I had been reading horror stories about companies taking deposits and then never coming to get the car, or coming weeks later... The driver was wonderful; polite and personable. He even took a message to my daughter for me. He told me his schedule, and when to expect that he would deliver the car to my daughter in Missoula, Montana. He picked it up on Saturday morning, and SHE HAD THE CAR ON MONDAY NIGHT! Now THAT is service.
I couldn't be happier. If you would like to talk to me about this experience, I would be glad to do so. I would never utilize another company to move a car. Angels Moving Autos is the best!
