Kind and Thoughtful but Disorganized

My experience moving with Angel's Moving was very smooth for the most part. Everyone that I spoke to was very kind and thoughtful. However, my contract was messed up (on accident) and I ended up having to pay an extra $100 at delivery that I wasn't planning on paying. Additionally, I had to bring my car to and pick it up from other "meeting areas" that were not my addresses due to the truck not being able to reach me. This really wasn't a big deal and these spots weren't very far away but an added challenge that I didn't expect/wasn't informed about. Overall my car got here safe and sound and I have a lot of respect for the people in this business.
