We found our way to Angels Moving Autos after an absolute disaster with another transport company. In March 2024, we had booked to transport a vehicle from Arizona to Wisconsin with a pick up date of Monday, June 24. By midday Monday we had not heard from the company. We called their customer service and were told the pick up would occur the following day, Tuesday. By midday Tuesday, still no pick up or phone call. Several calls and a voicemail went unreturned. We then contacted the company via the chat function on their website and were told the driver was experiencing mechanical problems and they were looking for an alternative driver. Wednesday arrived nd still no pick up. Several calls were made selecting the order status update option on the phone prompt and they went directly to voicemail. We called again and when selecting the "request a quote" option the call was picked up immediately. After several excuses I asked if we should be looking elsewhere for an alternative we were met with very little resistance. It was obvious they were not committed to securing our business. We then contacted Angels and explained our predicament. Within minutes Angels customer service put us in touch with who we believe was the owner. We explained our situation and she was more than familiar with the tactics applied by our original transport company. With confidence, she informed us that although it was such a last minute order she would reach out to her contacts and see if she could accommodate us. By later that day she secured a truck/driver and they were at our house within 48 hours. Our vehicle was picked up and dropped off in Wisconsin ahead of schedule. The difference was night and day. I believe Angels customer service called me more than I call them. They kept us informed every step of the way morning, noon and night. Special shout out to Eddy and Dina for their professionalism, understanding and genuine concern. As a side note, I must confess I did get a quote from Angels back in March and they came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I made a decision with my wallet and went with lowest bid. We can now all see what that got me. We will be using Angels from now on and will be recommending their services to all. Thank you Angels. You definitely lived up to the name of your company!!
