Mr. Dadika's two cars were shipped quickly, in perfect condition, and they were picked up 1 day early. Mr. Dadika agreed to the driver coming on a Friday night as opposed to a Saturday. We kept in touch with him the whole time the vehiclle was in transport making sure he was aware of the drivers whereabouts at all time. Mr. Dadika swears the driver of the truck got into his car and used his EZ pass to pay tolls while coming across the country. However, the driver has provided us and Mr. Dadika copies of his EZ Pass bill showing he used his own EZ pass across the country. Mr. Dadika has not shown any evidence of such charges. While we do everything to please our customers and follow up on complaints, it has been impossible to deal with this gentleman, he insisits on arguing, using profanity, and making threats.
