Shipper did not deliver on time

Angels has great reviews all over the place, so perhaps my experience is an anomaly. They used the car shipper NAO Auto. I had specified and Angels paid extra for specific delivery times. Once the car arrived in Seattle, NAO dropped the car off with another company (something that from what Angel says is not proper protocol), and that company refused to deliver the car after 5 p.m., per my agreement with Angels. Angels and NAO assured me they would complete delivery after 5 p.m. sometime during the week of arrival a few times, but there seemed to be miscommunication and also misleading information. In the end, the car had to be dropped off at a place I did not originally agree to, and neither company was willing to give me a discount. Angels supervisor Shannon, however, was helpful and understanding, but I would not use NAO again if you are particular about delivery times in the evenings or on the weekend.
