I had no problems transporting the car out to the west coast from PA. I live 5 hours north of San Fran and they informed me that it would be a difficult move because of my location. The car was picked up on time but took 15 days to get to me. I was told that the car would not sit at a terminal and that it would only be on one truck door to door. If the broker would have been honest about that fact, I would have had my car 8 days earlier. I guess some people care about that, but I didn't. I was in LA and could have picked the car up myself if I would have known it was there. They had excellent communication with me throughout until the car got to California. It sat on All Pro Transport's lot for 8 days. When I booked the move the agent told me it would be a harder move because of my location. They made it seem like the problem was going to be getting a driver to take the assignment and picking it up on time, but that wasn't the problem. It was getting someone to drive it up the coast from LA to Eureka. In the end it all worked out, but like I said if they would have called me and said that the car was in LA, I could have driven it up the coast myself and saved myself some money. I would definitely use Angels again if I needed to move a car. I'm glad I could hook up a fellow small business owner in Cali, we gotta stick together. :)
