Issue with lateness had more to do with the driver but were circumstances somewhat beyond his control (earlier pickup showed up late and extremely bad storms). Regardless, Angels Auto continually contacted me to verify if I had any issues. They were attentive. Pickup could have been problematic had I not had someone who could hand off the vehicle to the driver - would have required that I stay another night in a hotel.
